1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website and/or downloading materials from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not access the site. You must be 21 years of age or older to access or purchase from our site. It is unlawful to purchase tobacco products if you are under 21.

2) Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All content, concepts, materials, images, text, graphics, and code on this site are owned by Cuban Heritage or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Without our prior written permission, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, use, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute site materials.
Copy, modify, or display any trademarks, names, or logos appearing on the site.
Redistribute any pages, text, images, or other content using framing or similar technology.
Use materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial).
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the site.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from materials.

3) No User-Generated Content

Our site does not host comments, reviews, forums, or other user-generated content features. Any information you send us directly (e.g., via email or contact forms) is treated as set out in Section 7 (Privacy).

4) E-Commerce Terms (U.S. only)

Eligibility & Age Verification. You must be 21+ to place an order. We use age-verification tools during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails verification or appears to be placed in violation of law or these Terms.

Prices, Availability & Errors. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct errors or cancel orders that result from misprints or system errors.

Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the method and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the order total, including taxes and shipping.

Shipping, Risk of Loss & Signature. We ship to U.S. addresses only (no international shipping). Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. A courier may require an adult signature at its discretion; we do not mandate it for every delivery.

Restricted Destinations. We comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding tobacco shipments. Orders that cannot legally be fulfilled to a destination will be canceled.

Taxes. We collect applicable sales and excise taxes where required. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees not collected at checkout.

Returns & Refunds. Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cubanheritageselectedcigars.com with photos and your order number. If we approve a return or replacement, we will provide instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Links on our site to third-party websites (including our social media pages) are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

We use cookies and similar technologies to (a) operate the site, (b) remember your 21+ age-verification, (c) perform analytics, and (d) support advertising through Google and Meta. Cuban Heritage Selected Cigars, Corp operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the retail sale of tobacco products in the United States, including Florida requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order to comply with these laws.

We may update the site and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida for any dispute arising from or relating to the site or these Terms.

14) Electronic Communications

When you use the site or send us emails, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., email, on-site notices) and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirements for written communications.

15) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cuban Heritage regarding the site and supersede all prior understandings related to the site.
